Entry Level Business Foundations Opportunity

This is a one-year intensive job training program for young adults, offering in-class skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching. Participants can earn an educational stipend and gain access to internships with leading organizations in the Philadelphia area.

Eligibility requirements include being a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday-Friday, motivated to learn, and not holding a Bachelor�s degree.

Participants will develop professional skills, including business communication, interviewing, and resume building. Graduates have a 75% employment or education rate within four months, with an average starting salary of $53,000.
